Our Story
In 1974, the seeds of NKCC were first sown by Late Shri Narendraji Khinvasara, who founded the company under the name ICC – Indu Commercial Corporation.
Driven by a passion to bring reliable, high-quality packaging solutions to a growing industrial India, he built the foundation brick by brick, delivering strength and protection one box at a time.
Over time, ICC evolved into Narendra Khinvasara Commercial Corporation, carrying forward the founder's personal stamp of trust and excellence.
The early journey was modest — a small manufacturing setup, a handful of customers, and a family deeply committed to the idea that packaging was not just about cardboard; it was about preserving value, protecting aspirations, and presenting quality to the world.
Tragedy struck when Late Shri Narendraji Khinvasara passed away, leaving the company and his dreams in the hands of his young son Puneet Khinvasara, who had already been working alongside him since the age of 16. Together with his wife Raksha Khinvasara, Puneet took on the mantle of leadership at just 27 years old.
With resilience, vision, and a determination forged in adversity, they transformed NKCC from a modest ₹19 lakh per month business into a packaging powerhouse crossing ₹5 crores per month in turnover — a story of relentless commitment, evolution, and belief in the future.
Like all great journeys, NKCC’s path was not without its challenges. The company weathered market fluctuations, industrial downturns, and global disruptions. But every difficulty only sharpened NKCC’s core philosophy:

In 2022, NKCC formally evolved into NKCC Pvt. Ltd., reflecting its strengthened foundation and renewed ambition to lead in the modern industrial world.

Puneet Khinvasara’s journey is deeply intertwined with the legacy of NKCC. Beginning his career at the young age of 16 under the mentorship of his father, Late Shri Narendraji Khinvasara, Puneet was molded early by the values of perseverance, integrity, and a relentless commitment to excellence. When his father passed away unexpectedly, Puneet, just 27 at the time, alongside his wife Raksha Khinvasara, assumed the responsibility of steering the company forward during one of its most challenging chapters.
Under his dynamic leadership, NKCC transitioned from a modest turnover of ₹19 lakh per month to a packaging powerhouse achieving over ₹5 crores per month. Puneet’s vision was clear: to not only preserve the company’s founding ethos but to elevate it. By modernizing manufacturing practices, diversifying client portfolios across automotive, industrial, pharmaceutical, and global sectors, and embedding a future-focused mindset, he firmly positioned NKCC as a trusted brand across India and beyond.
Academically, Puneet Khinvasara completed his Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in 2000 from Ness Wadia College of Commerce, Pune — a foundation that honed his business acumen early on. He further strengthened his technical expertise by undergoing extensive professional training at prestigious institutions like the Indian Institute of Packaging (I.I.P.), ensuring that NKCC stayed at the forefront of evolving packaging technologies and industry standards.
Today, Puneet continues to drive NKCC’s strategic growth, fostering innovation while remaining rooted in the timeless values that shaped the company’s foundation. His leadership reflects a rare balance of tradition and transformation, building a packaging legacy destined to shape the future.
Raksha Khinvasara

Raksha Khinvasara’s leadership journey at NKCC is a testament to quiet resilience and visionary strength. Having joined the business early in her career, Raksha brought a fresh perspective to NKCC’s operations and culture. When she and Puneet stepped into leadership roles during a critical juncture, Raksha emerged as a pillar of stability — guiding the company’s evolution with a thoughtful balance of operational excellence and long-term strategy.
Her contributions extended far beyond day-to-day management. Raksha instilled a culture where precision, customer-centricity, and innovation became embedded in NKCC’s DNA. She championed quality processes, built sustainable supplier relationships, and spearheaded key initiatives that helped NKCC scale operations without losing the personal trust and craftsmanship that the brand was known for.
Academically, Raksha Khinvasara graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from the prestigious Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai. Her formal education in commerce provided a strong foundation in business principles, finance, and operations management — critical assets that shaped her strategic approach to scaling NKCC's operations sustainably.
Today, Raksha Khinvasara continues to be instrumental in shaping NKCC’s next chapter — ensuring that even as the company expands into new global territories and sectors, it remains true to its core mission: delivering packaging solutions that are more than products — they are promises delivered.
